About Us

The Iron Mining Association of MN is the only trade association to represent Minnesota's iron mines, businesses that work with the iron mines, and businesses, organizations, and individuals that do not work with the mines but want to show their support for this Minnesota industry with a national impact. The mission of the association is to promote an iron ore industry that will provide long-term growth and prosperity for all stakeholders through profitability in a competitive, global market. IMA members are active in environment, education, and tax policy; they share valuable information and develop relationships.
