Program Director

The Lake County DAC is a non-profit organization that provides community based support for adults with developmental disabilities. We are seeking an experienced Program Director to join our team and create meaningful opportunities for those we serve. You will supervise staff while providing guidance and support to ensure quality service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to program activities.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 4-5 years related experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• computer literacy
• strong interpersonal skills
• familiar with 245D requirements
• valid MN driver's license
• passionate about improving the lives of others
